“Bring Back Common Sense to Government” Tour to Barnstorm West Central & Southern Minnesota

Minnesota State House candidate Jay Backer today announced he will be hosting Seventh District Congressional Candidate Lee Byberg on a “Bring Back Common Sense to Government” bus tour of ten Western & Southwestern Minnesota cities on Tuesday, July 6th and Wednesday, July 7th.

The tour includes stops in ten cities in Minnesota House District 20A as follows:

Tuesday, July 6th

• 6:00 a.m. Kerkhoven: Sherrie’s Café
• 7:00 a.m. Benson: Whistle Stop Diner
• 1:00 p.m. Appleton: Civic Center, Council Chambers
• 2:30 p.m. Dawson: Cj Mikes Family Restaurant
• 4:00 p.m. Canby: Central Park
• 7:30 p.m. Tyler: Fire Hall

Wednesday, July 7th

• 10:00 a.m. Hendricks: City Hall
• 12:00 p.m. Madison: DeToy's Family Restaurant
• 3:00 p.m. Ortonville: Pizza Ranch
• 4:30 p.m. Clinton: KJ's Kounty Store

The public and representatives from the media are invited to attend any of the events at any tour stop.

“The single most common message I am hearing from families, farmers and small business owners in my door-to-door campaign is the need for job creation and economic development in our towns. Voters want government leaders who aggressively work to create and keep jobs, so that our children and grandchildren can work and raise a family in greater Minnesota," Backer said.
