The Minnesota Department of Health recently released its annual Abortion Report to the Legislature. The Report documents 12,388 abortions performed in our state in 2009, with 79 of those abortions performed on unborn children at 21 weeks gestation or older.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services also recently reported on taxpayer-funded abortions. The numbers reveal that state taxpayers paid more than $1.5 million to the abortionists to kill 3,754 unborn Minnesotans in 2008.
